2. NO-SHOW POLICY

If you register and do not attend the tournament (no-show):

  • ❌ NO REFUND under any circumstances
  • ❌ Spot cannot be transferred to another person
  • ❌ No prize money or compensation
  • ❌ May affect future registration priority

3. DISQUALIFICATION

If disqualified for rule violations:

  • ❌ NO REFUND will be issued
  • ❌ May be banned from future tournaments
  • ❌ No appeal for refund based on disqualification
  • ⚠️ Repeated offenses lead to permanent ban

4. TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION BY ROYALCLASH

If we cancel a tournament:

  • ✅ FULL REFUND of entry fee to all registered participants
  • ✅ Refund processed within 7-10 business days
  • ✅ Notification sent via email and SMS
  • ✅ Option to transfer registration to next tournament

5. POSTPONEMENT/RESCHEDULING

If we reschedule a tournament, you have three options:

  1. Participate on new date: No action needed, registration automatically transferred.
  2. Full refund: If new date doesn't work for you.
  3. Transfer registration: To next tournament of your choice (within 6 months).

6. PAYMENT GATEWAY FEES

All refunds are subject to:

  • Deduction of actual payment gateway charges (typically 2-3% of transaction amount).
  • Processing time of 7-10 business days from approval.
  • Refund to original payment method only (credit card, UPI, netbanking).
  • International payments may incur additional bank charges.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  1. Email morenaesportsofficial@gmail.com with subject "REFUND REQUEST - [Tournament Name]"
  2. Include the following details:
    • Full Name (as registered)
    • Tournament Name and Date
    • Order ID / Registration Number
    • Reason for cancellation
    • Payment method used
  3. Submit before deadline based on cancellation period
  4. You'll receive confirmation within 48 hours
  5. Refund processed within 7-10 business days after approval

8. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We may consider exceptions for:

Medical Emergency

Doctor's certificate required

Family Emergency

Death in immediate family (proof needed)

Travel Restrictions

Government orders, transport strikes

Each case reviewed individually. Supporting documents required within 7 days of request.
