• NO GAMBLING: RoyalClash does not involve any form of gambling, betting, or wagering. Winners are determined solely by their gaming skill, strategy, reflexes, and teamwork.
• NO BETTING: There is no betting mechanism on match outcomes. Entry fees are used exclusively for venue arrangements, equipment, prize pools, and tournament operations.
• PURE COMPETITION: Our tournaments are pure competitions of skill. Victory depends on player performance, not chance or random outcomes.

2. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

RoyalClash operates in full compliance with Indian laws regarding skill-based gaming:

• The Supreme Court of India has consistently held that games of skill are exempt from gambling laws.
• Free Fire is a game of skill where player performance determines outcomes.
• Our tournaments are conducted offline at physical venues with proper oversight.

3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

By registering for RoyalClash tournaments, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are participating in a skill-based competition, not gambling.
• You are at least 16 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18).
• You will abide by all tournament rules and fair play guidelines.
• You understand that entry fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.
• You accept that tournament results are final and binding.

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Garena International, Free Fire, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RoyalClash, its organizers, staff, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage to personal property at tournament venues.
• Personal injury or accidents during tournaments (participants join at their own risk).
• Technical issues, internet outages, or equipment failures.
• Third-party conduct or behavior.
• Any indirect or consequential losses.

6. VENUE AND CONDUCT

All tournaments are held at physical venues. Participants must:

• Follow venue rules and instructions from tournament staff.
• Maintain respectful behavior towards other participants and staff.
• Not engage in cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
• Comply with safety guidelines and emergency procedures.

7. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS

RoyalClash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel tournaments due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
• Technical issues or venue problems.
• Insufficient registrations.
• Security concerns.

In such cases, refunds will be issued as per our refund policy.
